The furniture and home accessories sold at Summit Habitat ReStore are donated used and surplus merchandise, and proceeds from all sales support Habitat For Humanity. There is a large selection of couches, tables, chairs, dressers, lamps, rugs and more. The Summit County Habitat for Humanity chapter first met in 1995 and built the first home shortly thereafter. Beyond building homes, the chapter runs a program called A Brush with Kindness, which provides critical home repairs to homeowners in need.
