Join us for a series of introductory classes on mind-body practices to improve mental clarity, and reduce emotional reactivity. Meditation decreases stress, anxiety, and depression through the cultivation of present-moment awareness. This session will focus on Yoga Nidra, a body scanning technique for relaxation.
