Deadwood Dunkel
Dunkel is the German word meaning dark, and dunkel beers typically range in color from amber to dark reddish brown. They boast brilliant ruby hues from the large amounts of Munich malts used, and these malts also lend a fuller-bodied beer. This is one of our staple beers found year round in the brewery.
-
Hideout Helles
This brew is light in color, but not in body or strength. The Maibock style of beer has a significant hop character with a noticeable alcohol around the same as a traditional Bock. Light amber-colored bock crafted with Wyermann malts and yeast from the Andechs Monastery in Germany for a sweet, malty character with a subtle roasted accent. Medium body and low hop bitterness.
-
Morningwood Wheat
Pug's wheat is an American wheat ale, medium bodied with notes of citrus and low hop bitterness. Rounds out with a clean crisp finish. Served with a lemon, this wheat is a local’s favorite. This lightly filtered unique recipe produces an easy to drink light Colorado brew.
-
Old Crow Cream Ale
This straw colored ale is as smooth as a tent-pole preacher on Sunday. It has a solid malt backbone and a smooth finish that is perfect for bending an elbow over a game of cards or good conversation. This is one of Pug's most sought after seasonal beers in the brewery and at Colorado liquor stores.
-
Outlaw Stout
This particular craft beer is full bodied and so dark you can't see through the glass...a smooth and mellow CO brew with chocolate, coffee, and vanilla notes that have a velvety mouth feel and low hop bitterness. It has a mildly sweet taste with a nutty and toasty maltiness. Made with a tincture of Jim Beam, Frangelico, Myers's Dark Rum, vanilla beans and extract this is sure to please anyone after a winter day on the slopes or a summer day in the saddle.
-
Pack Iron Pale Ale
An American Pale Ale with a well rounded hop finish, brewed to be a refreshing and easy-drinking beer. American Pale Ales (APA’s) typically have a moderate to strong hop aroma that can range from grapefruit to pine and are accentuated even more by APA’s moderate to high carbonation.
-
Peacepipe Pilsner
The Peacepipe Pilsner is one of our most popular brews- a lager that perfectly balances moderate Noble-type hop aroma and flavor with a malty, slightly sweet, medium body and a crisp, dry finish.
