This class begins with a short chant followed by a warm-up to stretch the spine and improve flexibility. These classes are based on the teachings of Yogi Bhajan, include gentle poses (asanas) and breathing techniques (pranayama), Kundalini Kriyas, Mantra Meditation, and more. All levels are welcome, both experienced Kundalini practitioners and first-timers.
